Duties and responsibilities:

  • Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable transportation and valid Drivers License.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
  • Applicants must have 5 years of full time, verifiable experience with a working knowledge of all facets of remodeling (residential and light commercial) and some portion of this experience in residential remodeling and frame carpentry and interior.
  • Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Good decision making and organization skills.
  • Should have a strong understanding of geometry and aesthetic appeal of designs
  • Experience working with architectural drawings and details
  • Owns basic construction tools and attire
