Job Description:
  • Strong Problem solving and analytial skills
  • System Admin experience working in Linux Environment (reducing file sizes,running sudo commands,etc)
  • Call Center Experience
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure,SAN,
  • Experience with Analytical tools using visual and correlation analysis is a plus
  • Contributing to a culture of continous improvement and operational excellence
  • Level 2/3 support for IT Operations
