They are expected to demonstrate the appropriate competency in both core and functional areas, listed below. Schedule: 1.0 FTE during residency Qualifications Schedule: 1.0 FTE during residency Required Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with aminimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursingrequired 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)preferred Required Licensure and Certifications: Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residency if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state. BLS certification - American Heart Association Additional certifications may be required based onpopulation(s) served and services provided Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training: Ability to deliver excellence in patient care through assessing,formulating nursing diagnoses and establishinggoals, planning and implementing intervention,and evaluating patient care outcomes.
