Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher located in Canton, GA. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving and dispatching service calls, communicating with customers and technicians, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Dispatching and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the plumbing or service industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
