What will I be doing as a CDL Driver?
  • Ensure the proper equipment is safely secured and loaded during delivery and pickup.
  • Delivery of parts and supplies between Leppo stores.
  • Maintain daily logs, paperwork, and appropriate valid license to operate company vehicles.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
  • Maintain daily logs, vehicle inspection reports, pre/post inspection, and ensure the safe operation of your vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Advise management of any unsafe conditions and ensure that vehicles are properly maintained (annual, frequent inspections).
  • Ensure proper signatures and documents are obtained during delivery and pickup.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with the customer.
  • Familiarize customers with the safe operation of equipment.
  • Work closely with dispatch to ensure the correct items are being delivered to the correct job sites.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma
  • Clearinghouse completion of FMCSA
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
