AbelCine is a leading Digital Cinema and HD camera equipment supplier to the motion picture and broadcast industries. We offer sales, rental and repair services to the professional filmmaking community with offices in NY, CHI and LA. Our Burbank, CA facility is currently seeking a Rental Inventory & Purchase Coordinator to join our department staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, hard-working individual to participate in our exciting and fast-paced company.

**This position is a key support role that would encompass the following responsibilities:**

* Purchasing & barcoding new inventory

* Overseeing kit completion

* Overseeing organization of inventory room and inventory database

* Assisting Prep Techs with pickups, shipments, & prep floor duties , inventory pulling & tracking

* Greeting & assisting walk-in clients

* Providing great customer service to all clients

* Directing reports to Rental Operations Manager

**Desired Education and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant rental house experience required

* 1+ years of experience as a Rental Coordinator or related work experience preferred

* Experience and knowledge with digital cinema cameras, lenses, and accessories

* Ability to efficiently and effectively coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment

* Ability to smoothly adapt to changing priorities

* Extreme focus on accuracy, attention to detail, consistency and follow-through of work

* Excellent time management, organizational skills

* Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills

* Self-motivated, positive attitude, high energy with a willingness to accept varied assignments

* Ability to work autonomously as well as in group setting

This is a full-time, non-exempt, salaried position.
