The Critical Care Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality care to patients while assisting with budgets, policies, procedures to support the framework of the Critical Care Unit.

They will oversee new hires into the department and service as a mentor for medical professionals that are looking to grow into clinical leaders. They will be sure that training and continuing education is being met by all persons in the department.
