**JOB SUMMARY:**

Ensure all inventory adjustments, related service issues, other financial issues, and discrepancies are researched and reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Schedule and conduct second cycle counts.

Review daily Materials Movement Exception report and Goods Over Receipt reports and reconcile discrepancies. Perform adjustments to correct financial errors. Record and report information via correct documentation.

Manage all assigned error queues using various systems

Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary

Investigate service failures and customer complaints. Create RGAs and perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct inventory.

Assign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with SOPs

Conduct audits of receiving functions including put-aways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets. Assign errors for SOP compliance errors in these functions.

Effectively communicate with various levels and teams within the company to resolve discrepancies. **Education**

High school diploma.

**Relevant Work Experience**

2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility. Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.
