RB Global, Inc is seeking a Inventory Specialistto join our team This role has the opportunity to report to our office in Clinton, ME or Monrovia, CA area

The Inventory Specialist addresses all customer inquiries under the direction of the Office Supervisor, including all clerical duties needed in the office, and maintain clear proactive processes during the life cycle of a Financial, Fleet, or Rental Sourced vehicle. Role will focus on cycle time reduction and effective internal communication of next step items needed to process a vehicle for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
  • Process orders and assignments.
  • Enter data into computer systems.
  • Reference pricing and delivery information.
  • Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.
  • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
  • Set up new records and maintain existing records.
  • Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.
  • Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.
  • Other duties as assigned per business needs.
Competencies:
  • Ability to analyze statistical and performance data, develop management summary reports, and proactively develop action plans.
  • Experience in analysis of performance/operational data
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, methodical, quality-conscious, and customer-centric, with a reputation for superb follow-through.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Preferred Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or related experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
