Responsibilities
• Responsible for Tagging of Legal Documents in IBM Content Manager
• Serve as a POC for BU's that request Legal Hold for documents and provide required updates
• Provide Support for ECM system components, or modifications to existing components
• Perform tasks and assignments in support of business needs for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
• Perform required research, deployment, and configuration for existing and modified ECM systems
• Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences for effective business decisions
• Must be willing to provide rotating 24x7 On Call Support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications MUST HAVE
• Prior working Knowledge for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
• Familiarity with Java, Javascript, CSS to help support the SME for ICN
• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with DB2 Databases and query authoring
• Effective Mainframe and DB2 database skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and VUL modules
• Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to be a self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologies
