* *ARDEN - DAY NEEDS - Spanish speaking a plus - pediatric male *
* *ARDEN - 12 hour DAYs with adult female (3 days/week)*
* *CANDLER - DAYs/NIGHTs with Adolescent male*
* *FLETCHER- DAYs/NIGHTs - pediatric male and pediatric female*
* *HENDERSONVILLE - WEEKEND DAYS/ NIGHTs - ADULT male*
* *MARION - DAYS - SAT/SUN, NIGHTs (3-4 NIGHTS)*
* *NEWLAND - M- F 10a - 6p - pediatric female - experience with central line a must*
* *PISGAH FOREST - DAYs - pediatric female*
* *Waynesville - SCHOOL HOURS - DAYs*

*Responsibilities for Skilled Nursing performed by (RNs and LPNs)*

· In Home Skilled Nursing Care (RN/LPN) involves all client's care - the needs of our client's range from medication administration, g-tube feeding, seizure monitoring and management, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and infusion nursing services - *We train you on each individual client to ensure your competency in his/her care*

· One-on-one care - in home skilled nursing care following the client's plan of care

· Provide all client care in a manner that reflects respect for client rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs

· Assess client's physical, psychological, and social needs

· Documentation of client's care including assessments and narrative of care provided

· Support client and client's family in educating them on client's care and changes in client's condition

Qualifications -

· Must possess a current, valid RN or LPN North Carolina license

· Certification in CPR

· Trach and Vent Experience preferred but will train

· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

· Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times

· Dedicated to provide the best client care possible
