We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN OR Registered Nurse to work night shift Schedule is 12 hour shifts, rotating. Join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or LPN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
