The Opportunity:

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is seeking a full time Academic Physiatrist to provide electrodiagnostic and Sports Medicine services. While board eligibility or certification in the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine is considered a valuable asset, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position. Additionally, the completion of a Sports Medicine Fellowship is also a welcomed qualification but not mandatory. Leadership roles within our organization may be available for qualified candidates. Candidate Qualifications:

  • M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
  • Successful completion of residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from an ACGME-accredited program prior to the start date
  • Board eligibility or certification in Physician Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license & DEA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
