Salary $150k-$180k base salary (negotiable based on experience), with quarterly bonuses Job Summary Our client is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join their esteemed team in Prescott, Arizona. The successful candidate will be part of a well-established, medically oriented optometry group practice with a focus on providing exceptional eye care services to the community. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including testing visual acuity, prescribing corrective lenses, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with specialists and co-manage cataract and other eye surgeries. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Educate patients on proper eye care practices and treatment options. Stay updated on advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education activities. Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice optometry in Arizona. Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Prior experience in a medical optometry setting preferred, but not required.
