This project-based role focuses on creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and/or Revit, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and Florida building codes.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce architectural drawings and models for residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with luxury standards and building codes.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams.
  • Attend necessary site meetings.
  • Manage documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in architectural drafting with a focus on luxury projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Well rounded knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting requirements
  • Ability to work independently and attend site meetings in the Jacksonville area.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • MUST be local in the Jacksonville, Florida area
