Description

Responsibilities:

The contract/aftermarket warranty admin will be responsible for processing New and Used vehicle contracts. Other responsibilities will include tearing down New and Used deals daily, and ensuring all necessary documents are in the deal. This will also include verifying the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale. Scan files into our electronic filing system as needed,

verify documents such as bill of sale, odometer statements, power of attorney,

trade titles, and payoffs for discrepancies. This admin personnel will process and submit payoffs for Trade-ins. Daily journal bank funding and making accounting adjustments as needed and maintaining clean schedules on a weekly basis will be part of the job responsibilities.

Being able to maintain a high level of confidentiality will be required. Admin will also be responsible for all aspects of posting unwinds and rollbacks accurately. Other job responsibilities will include filing deals and other documents, receipt incoming warranty refund checks. Process any open cancellation requests and update cancellation refund log. Complete monthly aftermarket warranty remit by the 20th of each month. Reconcile schedules associated with the desk and other duties as assigned.

The approximate pay range for this position is $20-$25 based on experience. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.

Requirements

Qualifications:

All potential candidates must obtain the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. We need a highly dependable, helpful attitude and team player. This individual should be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Time Management-ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time is valuable. You must obtain strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required. You must have a minimum 2 years' experience in the automotive industry, the experience in the motorsports industry is a plus.
