Work directly with the sales team and customers to locate rental equipment, determine correct specifications, and communicate availability and rates. Administer rental invoicing processes and reports. Assist customers with invoicing issues, issuing credits and adjustments when required. Develop positive, long-term customer service relations. Coordinate shipment of rental, used, and stock equipment. Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches. Maintain filing system Assist rental manager on various projects as assigned. Assist in fielding incoming calls. Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.Ideal candidate will possess:-Prefer at least 5 years experience in the material handling or similar industry.-Must be able to multi-task, be organized, communicate effectively, and have the desire to provide the best customer experience possible.-This position requires an understanding of lift truck and other material handling equipment specifications.-Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.Minimum Qualifications:-High School Diploma - Associate degree desirable.-Five or more years administrative or equivalent experience.-Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products.Company Description With more than 100 combined years in business and 11 locations in the Central U.S., HEUBELSHAW has the resources and reach to offer a complete warehouse management solution.
