Performs or assists the patients with activities of daily living using the Relationship Based Care patient delivery model. Assists the healthcare team treat the patient by collecting, reporting, and documenting patient data. Maintains high patient and family satisfaction levels by providing care that is based upon the individual needs of the patient and their age/specific developmental needs.
