o Associate engages with all comments and direct messages on social media platforms in a timely manner

•Attendance

o Associate reports to work on time and as scheduled. Follows established procedures if delayed, unable to report, or requesting time off. Follows timeclock procedures.

•Appearance Uniform standards are met; uniform is clean and well maintained; the appropriate name tag is worn consistently. Practices good personal hygiene. Duties and Responsibilities:

- [Develop and implement or Implement] account social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and adheres to brand and business standards

- Generate account specific content for social media channels about upcoming events and activations, menu specials, meet the team highlights, and more, at the discretion of [manager]

- Share readymade content to social media channels about Bon Apptit sustainability and wellness commitments

- Review regular data reports for trends and adjust social media strategy as needed

- Monitor social media channels and respond to guest comments in a timely manner, alerting [manager] to critical comments or messages that require input

- Collaborate with Bon Apptit team on event planning and execution

- Meet every two weeks with [manager] and update them on initiatives and activities OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working knowledge of Bon Apptit policies and procedures regarding food safety

- Working knowledge of Bon Apptit as a company in order to answer basic customer questions about unit operations

- Working knowledge of Bon Apptit brand, image, and writing style standards
