The schedule for this position will rotating 12-hour shifts (9am-9pm Monday-Friday)The Clinical Assistant is responsible for providing and coordinating orthopedic patient care which includes performing routine office procedures and testing, participating in patient teaching, communicating effectively with others, and assisting the physician/mid-level provider in the delivery of patient care.Additional responsibilities as a Clinical Assistant include:Updating clinical notes in electronic medical systemsCompleting phone triageCasting and bracingPerforming routine office procedures Providing patient educationA career at OrthoCarolina will provide you with opportunities for career advancement, dedicated peer support, and continuing education.
