Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (remote)
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE

The Technical Program Manager provides program management services to maintain relationships and collaboration between the Business, Engineering, leadership stakeholders and user teams affected by various aspects of the organization's platform. This program involves multiple cross-functional engagements for execution and delivery of customer service for our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for program coordination with business stakeholders and project team
Support program strategy and prioritization
Drive program/project from project initiation through delivery. Interface with client, as required on technical and/or project matters
Organize cross-functional activities ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule
Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports
Works closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and develop effective communications
ssist with overall project management and administrative support duties (e.g., note taking, task delegation, maintaining hygiene in Azure DevOps (ADO), etc.)
Monitor and encourage compliance to internal processes to support the adherence to program strategy
Drive clear program level communications, provide transparency and data-driven insights including preparing content for executive reviews
Develop reporting and/or analytics
ttend sprint planning and sprint review meetings

Qualifications:
5+ years' of high-tech industry experience in Business Program Management
Microsoft Dynamics experience
Microsoft Power Platform experience
Excellent business analysis skills including understanding data in relation to the business and profiling the data to produce detailed artifacts for executive level customers
Creating efficient communications using PowerPoint decks
Should have experience in working in Agile model and weekly/bi-weekly sprints
Working knowledge of ADO, Jira or Rally
nalytics knowledge of Excel e.g. pivots, lookups, etc. is preferred
Exposure to managing projects/programs related to modern support solutions like bots, virtual agents, live agent chat support, transition and managing of tools/platform, etc.
Experience creating simple PowerBI reports sourcing from Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel to gain business insights is a plus
Thrives in fast paced dynamic organizations
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships across teams
