Sigma Healthcare Team is currently looking for Pharmacist to work onsite at contracted facilities.

EMR Used: Allscripts
Shift: 10hrs day; Mon-Fri, May work on weekends
Job Summary:
  • To provide the appropriate level of pharmaceutical care services to patients, while complying with all state and federal laws or rules governing the practice of pharmacy. Ensuring that drugs and/or devices are prepared for distribution safely, and accurately as prescribed. Supervising any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians or pharmacy technician trainees.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Education.
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Minimum Work Experience.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications.
  • Active License as registered pharmacist in the state of AZ
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Ability to effectively direct and/or supervise personnel as appropriate.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
