Job Title: Functional consultant
Location: Stone Mountain,GA(Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months Contract

Note:
Either Web Cam or In Person Interview

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the subject matter expert (SME) activity during data validation and parallels while resolving errors and issues.
  • Analyze and solve complex system problems as part of the overall ERP
    development and support process.
  • Develop ERP structure using requirements such as fit/gap analysis, scope
    document, as-is and to-be processes.
  • If needed, conduct system testing, integration testing and drive the UAT session
    with the end-users and process owners.
  • Working with the vendor, execute testing(parallels) making system solution is
    working in preparation of go-live
  • Plan and execute, legacy data migration, conversions, production cut-over,
    application go-Live and postproduction activities.
  • Create functional specification documents (FSD) for the features making it more
    readable using the VISIO diagram representations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or its
    equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in ERPs and SaaS applications
    Strong analytical abilities and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage one's own time to meet project deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
  • Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel
    and non-IT business users.
  • Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated
    processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
