🌟 We are on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse. If you're experienced in administering specialized infusion treatments such as IVIG and Hemophilia, and are passionate about patient-centered care, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • 🏡 Provide personalized care in patients' homes, including phone and written communication.
  • 💉 Administer specialty infusion treatments, maintaining IV access.
  • 📋 Regularly assess and report patient responses to treatment.
  • 📝 Document care activities in EMR, adhering to regulations.
  • 📚 Educate patients and families on managing treatment plans.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective medication regimens.
  • 🧰 Maintain and assure quality of equipment used.
Qualifications:
  • 🎓 Graduate degree in nursing and 1+ year RN experience (or IV Certified LVN/LPN experience).
  • 🆔 Valid Registered Nursing license in Texas.
  • ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
  • 💻 Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • 🌍 Willing to travel for work.

  • 📅 Schedule: Day shift, Weekend availability.
  • 💸 Supplemental Pay: Overtime.
