Aesthetic Doctor

RESPONSIBILITIES
1)

Consultation and Aesthetic Expertise:

Provide expert consultation and personalized advice on aesthetic services, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
2)

Patient Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain strong patient relationships, offering guidance on post-treatment care and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
3)

Inquiries Handling : Responsibly address patient inquiries, educating clients about available treatments and products.
4)

Complaint Resolution:

Skillfully manage patient complaints, promptly addressing concerns and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
5)

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and research, actively contributing to our clinic's commitment to excellence.
6)

Compliance:

Adhere to company standards, including policies and medical protocols, ensuring ethical and safe practices at all times.
7)

Collaborative Teamwork:

Collaborate with Aesthetic Consultants to collectively achieve clinic targets and goals, fostering a culture of mutual support.
REQUIREMENTS
1)

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the aesthetics field is mandatory for this position.
2)

Education:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD) or equivalent.
3)

Registration:

Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
4)

Advantageous:

Possession of an LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privilege) or equivalent credential would be an advantage.
5)

Flexibility:

Ability to work remotely and be open to travel as required.
6)

Language Skills:

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
7)

Passion and Presentation:

Demonstrated passion for aesthetics, with a well-groomed and pleasant personality. Strong public speaking and presentation skills are advantageous.
8)

Location:

Must be willing to work in Penang.
