Lehigh Hanson is seeking qualified **Tanker Drivers.** This position is based in Birmingham, AL. Pay starting at $21 per hour.

**This position is eligible for a $1500 sign-on bonus** (paid upon successful completion of probationary period).

The Tanker Driver will safely operate a bulk cement tanker to deliver dry cement following all safety and operational guidelines

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS

* PHYSICAL: Required to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time, use hands to operate tools and controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs/ladders and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear as well as regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

* HOURS: Schedule will vary depending on business needs. We typically deliver during the night and early morning hours. No more than 14 hours/day and 70 hours a week. Both night and day positions are available.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.

* Must have a current Class A CDL with no suspensions, failure to appear, etc.

* Valid medical card.

* Reading, writing, and basic math skills.

* Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
