Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiation Therapist at Anchorage & Valley Radiation Therapy Centers located in Anchorage, AK. The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for performing radiation therapy treatments and procedures, collaborating with the healthcare team, ensuring radiation safety protocols, and providing patient care. They will work closely with physicians, dosimetrists, and radiation oncologists to provide accurate and effective radiation therapy.

Qualifications
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Experience in radiation therapy, including dosimetry and radiation safety
  • Strong understanding of radiation medicine and treatment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
