Senior Attorney

Our client, a well-known law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney specializing in Class Action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases, with a strong emphasis on Wage & Hour litigation. As a Senior Attorney, you will play a key role in advancing our firm's reputation as a leader in employment law by representing clients in complex class action lawsuits and PAGA claims related to wage and hour violations.This is a very flexible role in terms of hybrid time in the office and remote ideally this person will be based in the Bay Area, LA, or Texas.Responsibilities:Lead and manage class action and PAGA cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Provide expert legal advice to plaintiffs on wage and hour issues.Conduct client interviews, depositions, and investigations as necessary.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the state bar (ideally CA)Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing employment law with a focus on class action and wage & hour cases.Proven track record of successful case management and litigation experience.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
