Overview

Position: Intake Clerk

Address/Commute: Plano, Texas, 75075

Expected Duration: 5 month contract-to-hire role (True CTH; they expect to bring on candidates full time if they achieve performance and attendance expectations)

Expected Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the Referral Portal
  • Intake of Referrals and Add any additional information needed to fully process the referral
  • Pull data from faxes that was missed by computer upon intake, which may include demographic or insurance information
  • Enters patient information into the computer system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepares various reports as requested by management
  • Communicates effectively with staff
  • Keeps records of payments, co-pays, prior-authorizations, etc.
  • Maintains accurate and thorough vendor records
  • Analyses data for errors
  • Reports problems found with data
  • An individual who achieves and succeeds expectations will have the opportunity to grow in the company both in title and salary. In addition, the opportunity to go fully remote is possible as most of the company is remote.
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
  • 1+ Yeats of Data entry experience
  • 1+ Years of Medical knowledge/terminology experience
