JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

Ability to complete all diagnostic tesing such as Bscan, Diagnostic A scan, Tomography, IOL Imaging,and Intraocular lens caculation. Particpates in the collection of fundus photography, slit lamp photography, angiogrpahy, OCT, HFV and GVF. Particpates in the collection of patient history and complete ocular workup such as visual acuity, refraction, ocular history, and vital signs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university or Associate's degree with related photographic experience.
  • Three years related experience working as an ophthalmic photographer in a clinical setting.
  • Certified Retinal Angiographer preferred. Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist (ROUB) certification or Certified Diagnostic Ophthalmic Sonographer (CDOS) certification a plus.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
