Adventist Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead our accredited residency program. The Program Director will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of the Family Medicine residency, ensuring its alignment with national accreditation standards and fostering an environment of excellence in education.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily operations of the Family Medicine Residency Program. Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements. Lead the recruitment, evaluation, and mentoring of residents. Provide guidance and support to faculty members involved in the residency program. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for residents. Collaborate with healthcare institutions for clinical rotations and educational experiences. Participate in strategic planning for the growth and improvement of the residency program. Ensure ongoing compliance with ACGME and other relevant accreditation standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold or be able to obtain a valid and unrestricted medical license from the State of California Shall have completed an accredited residency program in Family Medicine Shall be certified/maintain certification with the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians 3-5 years of Family Medicine education and/or administrative experience, preferably as a Director, Associate Director, Site Director, or Core Faculty member of a Family Medicine Residency Training Program.

Wage Scale:

$327,400 to $392,400 Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period. by Jobble
