What You Do
- Facility Layout Drawing: Create detailed facility layout drawings to optimize space utilization, material flow, and workflow efficiency in the manufacturing facility.
- Time Studies: Conduct thorough time studies to analyze work methods, identify bottlenecks, and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Process Mapping: Develop comprehensive process maps to visualize and document manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and streamline operations for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, develop solutions to optimize production flow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Workstation Design and Layout: Design ergonomic workstations and layout production lines to enhance safety, efficiency, and comfort.
- Undergraduate student major in industrial engineering or related engineering fields.
- Competent analytical skills and self-driven.
- Ability to effectively communicate with/to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task accurately with timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Problem solving skills and positive, professional demeanor are required.
