We are inviting you to join our robust Laboratory Lead Team in a 25 bed critical access hospital, featuring state of the art equipment. Under limited or no supervision, performs laboratory tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs other related duties following established standards and practices. In addition to essential functions, the Lead Technologist supervises general technical procedures and policies of the laboratory in the department assigned. This Lead position has oversight of moderate, high complex Blood Bank testing, as well as waived Point of Care. Candidate must be MLS(MT) at have at least 1 year direct experience in Blood Bank. This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor. This is a full time, daytime position. Every sixth weekend, Holiday rotation, and occasional 3rd shift required.
