  • $1,500 Sign on Bonus (paid quarterly)
  • PTO Starting Day 1: Receive an initial 16 hours of PTO, with an additional 24 hours at 60 days, all while accruing additional time as you go
  • Perfect Attendance: Receive additional 4 hours PTO for each quarter for Perfect Attendance
  • Temperature Controlled Environment: Keep cool in summer and warm in winter
