Job Summary

The F/ACT Specialist is a senior F/ACT staff with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience.

The F/ACT Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator.

Education and Experienced Required
Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree

in a field related to behavioral health

preferred.
1 year

of

experience working

on an F/ACT team preferred.
1 year of experience working

with the SMI population

required.
A

dditional

experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse

preferred.
Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
R

ecovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year

preferred.
Or a combination of education and experience.
