Resource Registered Nurse Per Diem -Variable ShiftAnnouncement #251415Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Emergency Department, Acute Care, Intensive Care, and Family Birth Units. Your top priority will be providing patient-focused care and serving as a resource to all departments as needed and may be scheduled to work in one unit for an entire shift or help in multiple departments throughout the day. As a crucial member of the patient care team, you will provide nursing care that is adapted to the individual patient's needs based on the nursing process. Your team will depend on you to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. You may also delegate or indirectly supervise the support nursing staff that participates in the provision of care.
