About the PRN - Home Health Occupational Therapist PositionWe are looking for Occupational Therapist to help patients perform the daily tasks they need and wish to do. Your main goal is to provide practical therapeutic services and adapt the home environment to optimize the patient's lifestyle goals. As this is a PRN position, you will be working with us on an as-needed basis. We offer flexible scheduling, and you can choose the areas you prefer to cover. We would make an excellent addition to your full-time job.OT Responsibilitiescreate individualized therapy programs in a home care setting to help patients in regaining or maintaining their capacity to carry out everyday taskseducate patients on practical skills and how to use adaptive equipment to participate in activitiescoordinate with other healthcare professionals and the executive directorassess and monitor patients' progressdocument and report patients' progressOT RequirementsLicense to practice within the stateMinimum of one (1) year of experience in this fieldPrior experience in home health is preferred, but not requiredAbility to manage own schedule and patient load
