* The pay range is $30 - $37 / DOE

Position Overview

As an LPN at our retirement community, you will provide compassionate care and health services to our independent and assisted living residents. You will also be responsible for addressing the residents' medical conditions, clinical needs, and other healthcare-related incidents that may occur in the community.

Summary of Responsibilities

* Prepare and administer medications per policy.* Order and check in medication when the pharmacy delivers it.* As appropriate, prepare residents' medications to accompany them on short-term absences from the community as allowed by the state.* Document progress notes and any change in the status of residents.* Complete resident treatments as ordered and scheduled.* Assist with personal care and physical support. This may include assistance after a fall, assistance in transferring, assistance with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, ambulation, grooming, etc.* Additional responsibilities as requested by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

* Active Washington State LPN License* Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program* Current CPR & First Aid Certification* Dementia & Mental Health training is preferred but not required.* Employee Benefits
