Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable

  • Review and document invoices and check requests before payment
  • The Accounts Payable will reconcile monthly credit card expenses
  • The Accounts Payable will assist in month-end closing tasks and annual audit
  • Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience with Accounts Payable
  • Detail oriented
