This position reports to and assists the IT Development Manager. The IT Specialist must exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times as well as provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. The key IT functions of the position include support of end-user hardware and software, setup and installation of user and email accounts and provisioning of new user hardware. The IT Specialist must be able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Installs and maintains systems and platforms, employee user and email accounts, phone extensions and Microsoft programs company wide.
  • Provides end-user support to resolution in-person, over the phone or via skype for all workstation software.
  • Delivery, set up, and configuration of end-user hardware and software.
  • Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems.
  • Diagnosis and resolves PC hardware problems, e-mail, internet, and LAN access problems.
  • Performs desktop hardware repair for workstation equipment and peripherals.
  • Helps install network cabling systems and equipment as needed.
Education, Knowledge, Experience
  • 2-year degree in IT or experience preferred.
  • Entry-level position or internship experience preferred.
  • Intermediate-level PC and Network knowledge/experience.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot IT issues in-person, over the phone and via Teams.
  • Microsoft Windows and Office intermediate-level experience.
  • Office365, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint Online experience preferred.
  • Mortgage experience preferred.

  • Experience with business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Windows 10.
