Pharmacist Staff Clinical

Position Summary:Responsible to actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the patients of the Redeemer Health (Redeemer Health), in compliance with legal, regulatory and professional standards. This includes drug distribution function, as well as clinical (cognitive) activities plus educational and supervisory functions, all provided under the auspices of the Redeemer Health Mission and Values. Recruitment Requirements: •Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with an entry-level pharmacy degree (B.Sc. or Pharm.D.)•Pennsylvania pharmacist licensure in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)•Prior experience in an acute care hospital or healthcare system preferred•Ability to work rotating day & evening shifts, including weekends and holidays•Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency desirable but not required
