Overview

Maintain cleanliness of Dining area and assist servers in ensuring guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Greet all guests with a smile and maintain a warm and friendly attitude at all times.
•Clear and properly reset tables for guests.
•Perform all side work including resetting dining room, preparing linens and silverware , replenishing condiments and restocking kitchen shelves and coolers with supplies for next service
•Support servers by providing table service assistance as needed.
•Works in conjunction with stewards and dishwashers to organize dirty dishware and prevent breakage from mishandling.
•Adhere to service standards outlined in training.
•Breakdown dirty table ware for dishwashing.
•Maintain a clean and orderly workspace including side station, storage areas, back-of-house stations and dining area
•Maintain cleanliness of floor throughout the dining and station areas
•Perform general cleaning task as assigned.
•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
