Culligan Water, the industry leader in commercial and residential water conditioning, is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries to both commercial and residential customers along a specific route. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers and other warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner

Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices

Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service

Follow all safety protocols and company regulations

Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment

Additional warehouse duties as needed (loading/unloading trucks, assisting customers with product into their vehicles, etc)

Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent GED

1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required

A valid driver’s license

Ability to use a mobile device or tablet

Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional customer relationships

Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates

Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
