Role Description Hybrid or on-site Associate role at Castle Law: California Employment Counsel. As an Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with client interviews, and attending court hearings. You will work closely with attorneys and support staff to provide quality legal services to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of California employment law and regulations
  • Experience in employment litigation
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred
