Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality rehabilitation services to patients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patients' well-being and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans that focus on improving patients' abilities to perform daily tasks and activities.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in occupational therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines of the field.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
  • Proficiency in assessing and designing treatment plans to meet patients' needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
