Qualifications: • Ability to work in a team environment.• Ability to self-manage and adapt quickly to changing demands. • Ability to operate safely and within site guidelines. • Knowledge of function-specific information systems • Ability to kneel, squat, bend, crawl, reach, and negotiate small spaces.• Ability to work OT as needed. • Ability to work in various climates, extreme temps, etc. • Identify Chronic Reliability Issues Responsibilities: Make metal equipment tags for Projects.• Installation of new tags on equipment.• Clean TC Building and arrange parts in bins.• Help in field on projects as runner or laborer.• Be a carrier for plant construction and Maintenance if anything is needed off-site.• Clean-up after construction activities on TC Shop so tradesman can get back to floor level work.• Performs all duties in a safe working manner, following all of Axalta?s policies and procedures.• Climbing on and work from fixed and portable ladders while wearing safety harness.• Continually inspects TC Building equipment and related facilities.• Locate areas in need of repair, determine necessary repairs and performs work as appropriate or reports problems to supervisor.• Installing plant equipment Comments/Special Instructions
