As a therapist owned and operated the facility, we give all of our clinicians the unique personal attention, mentoring, and career support they need to best serve our patients.Requirements:Supervisor Role:Add SLPA to your license via TDLR website.Complete 4 hours of direct supervision (in person OR via Zoom) per monthComplete 4 hours of indirect supervision per month (monitoring activities, goal updates, reviewing Progress Summaries; Evaluation records and correspondence, phone calls/emails, etc.)90-Day and Annual Review (observation and formal write up/report)For a new hire, reviewing documentation/daily notes for the first few weeks until notes meet NTTHC expectations.Review, correct (as needed), and pass all Progress Summary NotesWeekly spot checks on SLPA notesComplete goal updates when needed.Review and pass any discharge notes the SLPA completesComplete Initial EvaluationsComplete Re-Evaluations for children on SLPA caseloadIf Initial evaluation not completed by supervising SLP, the 1st treatment visit MUST be a supervised visit.ASHA requires 2-hour CEUs on Supervision- this is a 1x requirement.BenefitsComprehensive medical/vision/dentalVoluntary BenefitsCEU ReimbursementProfessional License RenewalMaterial ReimbursementFull-time and part-time employees are eligible for the following:Monthly Productivity BonusTablet/Phone - available if needed for employees (Leasing option is available as well)Referral Bonus OpportunityMost importantly, the opportunity to work for a company that puts their employee's first Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
