Looking for someone experienced in Requirements Management. working with customers to negotiate interface requirements, develop a requirements verification plan, work with POCs to get the verification evidence and document closure of a requirements verification.
The area of specialty we'd want the individual to have (desired)is Electrical/Avionics and Software. So this person would work with Avionics Customer teams to document requirements and work the verifications of said requirements.
Soindividuals with Experience in a Requirements Management Tools. DOORS and TeamCenter

ctivities include requirements development, concept development, functional analysis, timeline analysis, requirements allocations, interface definition, failure mode analysis, test method definition, trade study execution, risk / issue / opportunity management, team execution planning, technical decision making, requirements verification activities, customer relationship communication, and proposal support.
The Systems Engineer will ensure that subsystems function together as an integrated system, translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, lead cross-functional teams and play a critical role in process and tool development, execution, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related engineering discipline
Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and tools
Experience performing requirements development, integration, and verification management
Experience with Launch Vehicle / Space Vehicle Electrical/Avionics Systems is desired
Experience with Launch Vehicle Ground or Flight Software/Systems is desired
Experience with Software development is desired
