We're actively hiring for an LPN or RN Treatment Nurse

Responsibilities of the Treatment Nurse include:

- Observing, assessing, and documenting resident conditions and changes

- Performing skin assessments in accordance with facility procedures

- Implementing interventions to prevent pressure ulcers and educating staff, residents, and families on their importance

- Administering treatments and medications as per physicians' orders and clinical guidelines

- Managing skin tears, surgical wounds, and other conditions

- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans

- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation

- Assisting with infection control surveillance and adherence to principles

- Monitoring subordinate staff activities and assisting in incident investigations

- Identifying and securing necessary equipment and supplies for wound care
