Private Duty Nurse - RN - Pediatrics - FT

Generous paid time off No Vaccinations Required Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour Why At Home Healthcare Will Choose You: Successful clearance of health screens as required by state regulations Successful clearance of state and company background and reference checks At least one year experience in care giving in any setting including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, or home health/private duty preferred Experience with completing Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, cooking, light cleaning, toilet assistance, transfer Must have at least 18 hours of availability/weekly Are you dedicated, reliable, patient, and sensitive to the needs of another? Are you - able to work independently? Are you an effective communicator with clients, families, team members and other stakeholders? Responsibilities (which may vary by client): Evaluate and assess patient to determine their appropriateness for care Utilize the available tools and resources to develop patient specific care plans with the appropriate level and frequency of care Communicate with the care team, physician, payors, patients and families to address care needs and fulfill the patients care plan Deliver high quality skilled care and supervise the care of other care team members Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system Contribute to a culture caring through individual accountability and teamwork If so, you may be perfect for this Registered Nurse position A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE The Registered Nurse works to ensure high-quality medical care and support for children with different healthcare needs.
